The Kanpâna restaurant opens its doors on 18 November 2026 in La Douay. Kanpâna means ‘little bell’ in Bagnard patois, and Fabio and Kelly’s bell now rings out from a new home. Larger and extended by a lovely terrace, the premises give the young couple more space to showcase their signature style, in dishes as pleasing to the eye as they are delicious on the palate. As committed as ever to local produce, they rally local producers to bring their treasures to life on the plate, in line with a brasserie menu that is updated four times a year. A ‘carnotzet’ dedicated to cheese-based dishes adds a new dimension to the menu.
