The Liddes dairy power plant is the flagship of our agriculture. It was built in 1969 along the international Great St. Bernard Road. It replaced the nine village dairies that had been part of the municipality since the beginning of the century. Modernized in 1991 and again in 2009, it will be modernized again in the coming years. Bagnes 4 is a AOP Valais raclette cheese made from raw milk. The name Bagnes 4 comes from the grouping of cheeses from the region under the name Bagnes, then each Commune has its number.

Every day from 9am to 12pm and from 3.30pm to 6.30pm.

Thanks to the cheese vending machine located in front of the Liddes dairy, you can buy raclette cheese at any time as well as these side dishes.
