This trail proposes to cross 3 passes around the Saint-Bernard with passages in the Swiss Val Ferret, in the Saint-Bernard Valley, on the Italian and Swiss sides!
Follow the green markings “210 Les Cols du Grand-Saint-Bernard”.

Before or after your trail, the visit of the Hospice, its museum and the kennel deserve a stop!
Directions
From the hospice of Gd St-Bernard go down about a hundred meters along the road before taking the small path on the right towards the Col des Chevaux. Climb regularly through rocky slabs to reach the pass.
Tilt on the other side until you reach the middle of the Combe de Drone. Follow the path going up on the left and pass between the Grand and Petit Lé lakes until you reach the Col des Bastillons. Then go down on a technical path to the Lacs de Fenêtre and go up to the Fenêtre de Ferret Italian-Swiss border. Reach the Lo Baou mountain pasture below and then go up to the Gd St-Bernard pass.
Getting there
Exit the motorway at Martigny.
Follow the direction Grand-Saint-Bernard until the pass.
Free parking on the pass
Take the train to Orsières and then the bus to the Grand-Saint-Bernard pass.
