This family chalet, built in 1853 and completely renovated, is located in one of the quietest corners of the Champex region in the "Champex d'en Haut" area, 1km from the resort (lake, swimming pool, supermarket, restaurants,...) and 500m from the chairlift and ski slopes, 1000m from the lake/pool.
The chalet has 4 bedrooms, including 1 master bedroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, shower wc, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk bed. It is equipped with a 2nd bathroom with shower, toilet, a pleasant living room as well as a modern and fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, dishwasher, induction hobs, espresso coffee machine,…).
A mezzanine welcomes children or parents (games, tv, dvd, possibility of sleeping, reading corner,…) The chalet is fully equipped with TV (cable) and wifi (high speed). It is tempered by electricity and heated with wood (included in the rental price).
500 m2 of outdoor space is available to park 5-6 cars (3 in winter) with barbecue, dining table, parasols, and many games.
In winter, the chalet is accessible, the road is clear every day as well as the parking spaces. This family chalet is suitable for people who are careful and eager to spend a beautiful week in the beautiful and quiet Champex-Lac region (very little traffic in summer and winter, dead-end road.) Please note that it is non-smoking, and in principle, animals (to be discussed) are prohibited.

The price includes electricity (for winter electricity to temper the chalet), as well as wood, towels and all kitchen accessories. Tourist taxes are not included.
