The Pays du St-Bernard is particularly well-equipped with two landings for heli-skiing, the first of which is on the Petit-Combin. From here, enjoy a magnificent descent to Boveire Glacier towards Bourg-St-Pierre or head for Fionnay in the Val de Bagnes via the Corbassière Glacier.
The second landing is located on the col des Plines, on top of Trient Glacier. Several variations are possible – descending via the combe d’Orny to Somlaproz (a 2300m drop), via the col des Ecandies and the val d’Arpette up to Champex-Lac or via the Saleinaz Glacier up to Praz-de-Fort.
It is required to be accompanied by a guide.
