Midsummer Festival
The Midsummer Festival, which coincides with the Perseid meteor shower, gives us the opportunity to offer a program that combines heritage exploration and astronomy. The afternoon will begin with a woodcarving workshop led by Claude Veuillet (Artisanat du Bois Vert), in a meditative atmosphere centered on the art of woodworking.
Later in the evening, an astronomy event will bring together Guillaume Buro, president of the OFXB in Saint-Luc, and artist Claire Frachebourg to explore the sky and its stories in an immersive format blending art and science.
2:00–5:00 p.m.: Woodworking workshop.
9:00–10:30 p.m.: Astronomy and stories of the sky.
