Walk followed by a workshop on cooking edible plants
Curious about the plants that surround us, have you always wanted to learn how to recognize and use them? This outing is for you!
The outing will start with a walk around Champex, to see the different species of edible plants typical of the region, how to recognize them, their main uses, and the good habits to adopt for safe picking.
We’ll finish the walk at the Garden, where we’ll cook a light meal with the fruits of our gathering, and enjoy the taste and nutrients of these plants together!
Schedule: 5-8pm
Price: CHF 20/person, CHF 15/person with Pass Saint Bernard and for children.
The outing is open to children aged 12 and over accompanied by an adult.
Places are limited, so please register in advance by e-mail at info@flore-alpe.ch, or by telephone on 027 783 12 17.
