GENERAL INFORMATION
The PASS Saint-Bernard is an annual, seasonal or daily pass which includes more than 15 activities in the Pays du St-Bernard region, according to the list and prices detailed below. It is managed by the Pays du St-Bernard Association.
The PASS Saint-Bernard is personal and non-transferable. In the event of bad weather or disruption to the facilities, season tickets will not be returned or refunded.
Special conditions apply in the event of closure due to an epidemic/pandemic.
Access to certain activities is subject to presentation of a valid health pass. Please ask before you leave.

PRICES
All prices include VAT.
Saint-Bernard PASSes are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable. They are only valid during the normal operating hours published by each service provider.
Year-round validity
For season ticket holders from another ski resort or from Vertic’Halle in Saxon: CHF 69.00 (single price);
For all: CHF 139.- in advance then CHF 159.- from 01.12;
For all: CHF 199.- with the possibility of skiing in Verbier at the beginning and end of the season (single price, details of the offer on the activities page);
Valid during the summer season
For anyone staying at least 1 night and paying the tourist tax excluding the lift pass:
CHF 29 / Valid from 1 May to 31 October
Valid for 1 day in summer
For anyone staying at least 1 night and paying the tourist tax excluding the package:
CHF 15.00 / During the summer season from 1st May to 31st October
The day pass is linked to the overnight stay and must be used between the day of arrival and the day of departure.
Children’s rates
Children pay the same rates according to their year of birth:
PASS valid from 2022: children born in 2016 and over pay
PASS valid from 2023: children born in 2017 and over will have to pay.
PASS valid from 2024: children born in 2018 and over will have to pay.
Keycard
The Saint-Bernard PASS is recorded on a keycard. The keycard costs CHF 5 and is non-refundable but reusable.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
The PASS Saint-Bernard can be ordered either via the online form or via the downloadable paper form, or directly at a ticket office.
Online orders on this website can only be placed if the customer is not in possession of a keycard or wishes to purchase the special PASS Saint-Bernard keycard at the price of CHF 5.
Transactions carried out on this site are secure. All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using SSL protocol. This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. Nor is it stored on this site.
The methods of payment accepted are : Visa and MasterCard.
Paper orders are placed by post. Customers are asked to enclose their keycard with one passport photo per person. The total amount must be paid using the payment slip attached to the paper form or using the bank details also shown on the form. They will only receive their keycard once payment has been made and the paper form is complete.
To be registered, your order must be paid for in full. Unpaid orders will not be delivered.
EXCLUSION
The PASS Saint-Bernard cannot be used as a travel pass for apprentices and students in training at general upper secondary schools.
DATA PROTECTION
Pays du St-Bernard undertakes to treat customers’ personal data with respect and security in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation. Personal information may be used to send marketing information related to Pays du St-Bernard and only if the e-mail address is provided.
FRAUD AND OFFENCES
PASS Saint-Bernard are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable. In the event of misuse, the service provider who has detected the offence will apply its own rules, with a surcharge of up to CHF 200 being applied to both the user and the pass holder.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
For CHF 9.00 per PASS, PASS Saint-Bernard sàrl guarantees the policyholder a pro rata reimbursement of the annual PASS Saint-Bernard for losses incurred as a result of an inability to take part in an activity in the event of an accident or illness lasting more than 7 days or in the event of the death of the insured person.
The insurance is not valid for the PASS at CHF 199 or for the 4 Vallées + PASS Saint-Bernard season tickets.
Any holder of a Saint-Bernard PASS who has taken out cancellation insurance at the time of purchase of the PASS and has paid for it is insured.
Cover extends to the duration of the subscription, as indicated on the PASS Saint-Bernard.
Cancellation insurance does not cover damage or accidents caused by any of the following events:
inattention on the part of the insured despite the presence of official prohibitions;
suicide or attempted suicide, self-mutilation;
all cases of force majeure making it impossible to perform the contract, in particular bans imposed by local, national or international authorities;
incorrect or abusive use of the PASS Saint-Bernard;
consequences of pregnancy after the 36th week.
Any request for reimbursement in connection with a claim must be sent to info@saint-bernard.ch within 10 days. The claim must be accompanied by the original or a legible copy of the PASS Saint-Bernard and documentary evidence of the damage, in particular a medical certificate or other document providing conclusive proof that the cover has been invoked.
If the insured culpably breaches this obligation, PASS Saint-Bernard sàrl is not liable for compensation.

The Association du Pays du St-Bernard sends newsletters by e-mail. If you wish to subscribe to this service, it draws your attention to the fact that all e-mails are transmitted in unencrypted form, which means that this data may be intercepted and read by third parties.

MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The Pays du St-Bernard Association reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions of sale at any time.
APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
Swiss law is exclusively applicable. In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Orsières (Switzerland).
