Start the walk by visiting the Flore-Alpe Botanical Garden, which is close to the start of the walk!
Directions
Start from the chairlift parking lot, go down towards the campsite by the road. Take the road to the left before the Rocailles campsite. The trail starts 3 bends higher on the left. It makes a loop towards Champex d’en Bas, Champex d’en Haut and back to the starting point.
Getting there
Exit the highway at Martigny.
Follow the direction Grand-Saint-Bernard then exit the main road at Orsières and follow Champex-Lac.
It is also possible to exit the main road at Bovernier and go through the Valettes, but the road is narrow and very winding.
You can park for free at the start of the chairlift
Take the train to Orsières then the bus to Champex-télé.
