From the Pallazuit hydroelectric plant, the trail follows the Dranse river on the left bank before crossing it and then making pretty loops in the meadows on the right bank.
Getting there
Exit the highway at Martigny.
Follow the direction Grand-Saint-Bernard continue until Liddes. At the village exit, turn right onto the road to reach the Pallazuit water intake.
Free parking spaces next to the water intake
Take the train to Orsières then the bus to Liddes Chapelle then walk down the road leading to the Pallazuit water intake.
