A beautiful trail that will lead you on the ridge between the Val d'Entremont and the Val de Bagnes!
After the steep climb up to the Col de Mille, the continuation is easier up to Mont-Brûlé. The descent is on the north side of the Mont and then through the forest of Vernay.

Directions
From the village centre of Liddes follow the Chemin des Eperviers in the direction of the Mille hut. Pass close to the Chalet du Clou and join the mountain pastures of Erra d’en Haut and then reach the Mille hut. Continue on the crest of Mont-Brûlé, go down to Le Basset and take the path going down on the left to Le Blettay. Then come back in the direction of Liddes via the forest of Vernay and the village of Chandonne.
Getting there
Exit the motorway at Martigny.
Follow the direction Grand-Saint-Bernard to Liddes.
Free parking in front of the school centre
Take the train to Orsières and then the bus to Liddes.
