The walk can be extended by taking the upper part of the Belvédère loop. Exceptional panorama over the Champex-Lac resort!
Directions
Enjoy this pleasant family route starting southeast of the village of Champex-Lac at the place known as “Le Signal.” Enhanced with educational panels on the theme of the forest and stagecoaches, the trail combines sport and discovery. The view over the valley and the village of Orsières alone is worth the detour.
Getting there
Exit the highway at Martigny.
Follow the direction Grand-Saint-Bernard to Somlaproz then turn right at the junction with the sign “Champex-Lac.”
Then follow the main road.

Take the train to Orsières then the bus to Champex
