How does life adapt at high altitudes, and how are the landscapes of the Alps changing?
An fall excursion to discover the Val d’Arpette in all its splendor and learn more about the formation and evolution of mountain landscapes, as well as the ways in which human activities have contributed to shaping them over the past 8,000 years. This outing is part of the program celebrating the 30th anniversary of CREA (Center for Research on High-Altitude Ecosystems).
Free, open to the public; children must be at least 12 years old.
Meet at 10 a.m. at the Breya parking lot, Champex-Lac
