Alongside my creations, another passion has naturally taken hold: Quebec, a region of Canada that is particularly close to my heart. I travel there regularly to meet partner producers, discover their expertise and unearth new gems to offer you. What began with just two or three products has now grown into a selection of nearly a hundred items, chosen with the same high standards and in a spirit of discovery and authenticity.
